ORDERING AND DELIVERY
The online store sells products to individuals of full age. We process all customer data in full confidence. A guardian’s order is always required for children under 18 years of age.
Prices for products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Add the products you want to your shopping cart and go to order. In the shopping cart, enter the Subscriber details and select the delivery and payment method.
Receipt of the order and payment is available for download from the order tracking pages or after login from my Account page.
All prices are shown in the online store in euros (unless otherwise stated or if the customer has not chosen another currency). The prices shown on the site include VAT unless the customer select their business as an undertaking. The prices seen by corporate customers do not include VAT, which is added to the total purchase amount in the checkout. Due to price changes, we reserve the right to change the price of the supplier, incorrect price lists, incorrect pricing information, or other charging errors.
Delivery time and information
The customer agrees to the valid delivery terms for each order.
It is your responsibility to take care of the correctness of your personal information such as your phone number, email address and reception address. Before you place your order, please check that your information is correct. Shipping costs will be charged for shipments returned due to incomplete address information or incorrect phone number.
Products will normally be delivered within 1-3 business days after ordering. Orders made on weekdays are usually delivered daily and on weekends/holidays on the first working day.
If delivery difficulties arise for the product ordered, our customer service will contact you.
However, human mistakes may happen. If we have not yet submitted your order, incorrect information will be corrected. Not just us as quickly as possible in context!
Please note that promotional days, public holidays and, in exceptional cases, packaging and delivery of carriers may take a little longer. If you have questions about the delivery of the package, please contact the shipping company primarily.
We do not respond to delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays.
The online store uses Posti Oy’s services (pick-up mail, smartpost, delivery) to deliver shipments. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you when you place your order. We deliver shipments to the Finnish and Åland regions.
If necessary, we also ship orders outside of Finland, but before ordering, please contact us first by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The foreign shipping costs are always considered on a case.
You will receive an arrival notification via SMS when the package is fetchable. Package pickup time is 14 days from the arrival of the shipment to the pickup point. In the vending machines, the collection time is 7 days. If the pickup point or the van is full, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest free pickup point. The new pickup point is multiplied by the arrival notice.
Delivery to the Post office or the postal Parcel automated: €6.00.
More than €100 orders we deliver without shipping fees. Free shipping applies to a postal package, not a home or Express package.
Receipt and review of the delivered product
After you have received your order, you have 7 days to report any visible damage to the transport. Complaints made after more than 7 days will not be accepted. To make a complaint, please contact our Customer Service Department (email@example.com).
Right of cancellation and return
All products have a right of exchange and return according to the 14-day consumer protection law.
14-Day right of return, starting from the day the product is delivered to the customer. The right to return applies only to new, unopened, unused and marketable products in the original packaging.
The return must be reported in advance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can return your subscription free of charge via mail. Compress and soften the shipment carefully. Laitathan, at least your name, and the order number that the refund applies to or alternatively a copy of the shipment accompanying the package. The shipping costs paid by the customer on their order will not be refunded if the product is flawless. Also, shipping costs will not be refunded if other ordered products in the order are not returned. We will only pay the postage of return charges if the product is incorrect, broken, or otherwise unusable.
The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice.
If you cancel your subscription e.g. At least the following information will be mentioned in the cancellation notice: Your name, postal address and order number. Please note, however, that an already sent order cannot be cancelled.

Restoring to Mail
You can return a shipment through a mail service point or vending machine.
On the shipment, enter our recovery ID 648458 and export to mail.
All returns must be agreed with the seller in advance and an appropriate withdrawal notification. Refunds must be made using the postal service, according to the instructions provided by the online store. We do not redeem refunds for cash on account, postal parcel or matkahuolto.
Once the refund is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after the return receipt and processing.
We reserve the right not to accept clearly used or otherwise unmarketable products as a return.
We reserve the right to refuse order e.g. Due to unpaid or unclaimed orders or repeatedly returning orders, and in these cases, the shipping costs incurred in the return of the parcel will also be charged. In these cases, we are individually connected.
Shipments broken in delivery
If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us.
Unfortunately, in spite of the careful packaging, the mail does not always succeed in transporting packages intact. Therefore, it is good to check the condition of the package and any damage in the package when retrieving the shipment. If the shipment is damaged in mail transport, immediately make a damage notification to your postal office. Please also contact the merchant and we will agree to a new product delivery or refund.
Complaints must be made using the contact form on the site or by email. Complaints are processed only in writing.
The defective product shall be rebooked within a reasonable period of time after the fault has been detected. Please note that the defective product must be stored until the issue is resolved. If there is no new product in stock or it has left our range, we will be in touch with you.
Treatment of complaints usually takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the situation. The accepted claim will be credited to the customer within 30 days in case of financial compensation. The new product will be delivered to the customer in place of the defective product within a reasonable time or after the customer has returned to anumate the product he detects as defective. If the product has been delivered to the customer in a quality as intended by the manufacturer and does not differ from other products of the manufacturer, it is not possible to return the product if it has been used. We do not refund the products used for customers that do not have a manufacturing defect, even if they have not responded to the consumer’s personal preference.
No order to retrieve
Note! Unretrieved shipment is not the same as returning a product.
If the customer fails to retrieve the products ordered from the mail, it will be charged back to Anumaat €20.00 for delivery and handling fees. The payment corresponds to the actual cost of the return, delivery and processing. The customer is therefore credited with the order value minus the shipping and handling fee (€20.00).
Change of terms
We reserve the right to change the order and delivery terms of the online store, for example due to legal changes. Up-to-date subscription and delivery terms can be found in the online store.
